    Just realized as I was buying a new pair of pants today that I can now comfortably fit into size 34 waist pants. Started Atkins wearing 46 waist slacks and 44 waist jeans. These 34s were slacks. Made me really happy especially when I realized that I'm now wearing 34/34s, which means

    I'M NO LONGER BIGGER AROUND THEN I AM TALL.

                              Congrats Grant, its a great feeling isnt it? I have done the same as you, went from 44 to 32. You have got to love it!
