good morning again grant! i just wanted to add, since i have seen the new pictures, that your son is absolutely beautiful. my own is 20 and even now, your picture and the memories of those first few hours i had with mine make my eyes tear up.
you have a beautiful son and you my friend have given him te gift of a happy and wonderfully healthy daddy. you have years and years of fun and great times to look forward to together. what a gft you have given your family by becoming so much healthier! have a happy weekend together.

Congratuations, Grant! I'm sorry to hear it was a rough labor (44 hours!), but am so glad everyone is fine, and you have a healthy, beautiful new baby boy. I agree -- you have already given your son a wonderful gift: a healthy dad. I have no doubt that the changes you've made in your life over the past year will have a huge positive impact on his.
