    A long time GOALIE!

    It's time to celebrate yet another person who has been maintaining for several years.

    Jen, one of our terrific Moderators, came to the board in June of 2004. She was actually one of the first people that I met on this board! She is a wealth of knowlege about this WOE. Everyone can learn alot from her.

    Please congratulate Jen for her many years of maintaining!

                      Thank you all so much for all your nice words! I can't believe it's been so long.

                      Yes Jo, I do remember those last couple of pounds and how they taunted me. It's amazing how I've changed since then, I've really learned that it's not all about a magic number, but how you look and feel, and the biggest part..your health.

                      I don't know what I would have done without this board, it has been a HUGE part of both my success and maintenance...I'm sure I wouldn't have made it this far with all of you for as my support!!!
