    My One Year Atkins Anniversary!

Well all ..I finally made it to One year on Atkins.

I must say I have surprised myself by sticking with it and doing the long haul.
I can Honestly say that it has been a pretty easy journey! Sure I didnt lose very fast - and my losses were very far apart- but i have faith in this way of eating and that made it easy to stick with it. I feel Great , I look great and am the healthiest I have been for a long time ( confirmed by my doctor).
and all that by eating yummy food and NEVER being hungry

The ADBB has been a great support and lots of fun and very educational and enlightening ( THANKS EVERYONE!) HERE'S TO THE NEXT YEAR!

Way to go! Congratulations!! You should be very proud of yourself. Not many people (except maybe Atkins people) can say they stayed with a plan for a year and look at your loss of weight and gain of health! Good job.
