    Congratulations Iyshiaf!!! You totally rock!!!

    Not only did Iyshiaf accomplish her mileage goal for the JMC this month - she did it TWICE!!!!!!

                  You are soooo inspiring...Your the reason I got my butt to the gym today, so I could double my goal too...whatta ya say, do you think we can triple it??? I just figured it out...it's 7.5 miles/per day for the next 8 days for me and 6.87/day for you!
