    I've lost a total of 22 pounds since I joined!

        Well...9 to date, but I will be adding to that by the end of march!

        restart date december 08, 2009!
        1st mini-goal: 160 lbs - reached Jan 05, 2010
        2nd mini-goal: 155 lbs - reached Feb 02, 2010
        3rd mini-goal: 150 lbs
        4th mini-goal: 145 lbs

              yeegads! Not many pounds lost here in the last year - been a wild ride.

              Upside is, March tends to be the month I start getting really motivated and serious about my health. Praying fare no serious health issues to interrupt me this time!

                      Started at 183 lbs. current weight 155 so that is 25 lbs. down.

                        Wow it's been two years since I joined and 2 yrs and 5 months of following the plan. I started at 243.2 down to 115.2 so that's a total loss of 128 lbs.

                          Yeah, mine has been two years also. Why can't I have gotten results like yours? Kudos go out to you for that fantastic achievement. Here's raising my glass to you !

                            But I finally have the mindset and will be adding more to that weekly
