  • Springing Into Action - Century Club Challenge a huge success!!

    Our "Springing Into Action" challenge has officially ended and WOW, what great progress we have made!! In 75 days we have lost a total of 318.6 pounds!!! We have exercised a total of 28,141 minutes!!!

    We have 5 people who met their weight loss goal AND exercise minutes for this challenge! Let's give a HUGE congratulations to:

    Chicklady (lost 19 pounds and accomplished 1,005 minutes of exercise!)
    DigitalMocking (lost 18.8 pounds and accomplished 1,425 minutes of exercise!)
    Purplecat (lost 16.4 pounds and accomplished 1,250 minutes of exercise!)
    Readytolose2008 (lost 28 pounds and accomplished 695 minutes of exercise!)
    Sarah*Peace (lost 31 pounds and accomplished 1,070 minutes of exercise!)

    For their hard work and dedication to this challenge, these 5 people have earned the following award to be posted in their siggy:

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
