        yep!
        at the end of the month, you should record every pound lost whether it was lost in january or march or last october.

                    I re-started 03/03/08 and so far only lost 1.8kg (frustrated & struggling...but sticking to the plan) ... count me in I need to keep motivated and driven ... LOL
