        You guys are all awesome! It was a very hard journey, that would have been 10 times harder without my ADBB buddies.

        The kickboxing class is nothing like Taebo, that's for ding dong sure I'm excited about it though...it works EVERTHING! I even added an extra day..so I'll be there, with bells on, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and Sat mornings for an hour of pure heavenly he11 Then, I'll be doin my miles in the afternoons with my workout buddy. (Pray for me)
