I woke up this morning and stood on our digital scale and guess what. The "ERR" message is gone and I can officially weigh in at me own home instead of trudging over to me boys house. Can you imagine the embarrassment I felt when I sneaked over to his house while his wife wasnt home just so I can get a weight number and see my progress. Well embarassed no more. Now I can weigh meself at me own convenience. It may not be a big deal to some but it is to me and this is a small hurdle on my way to a new me. For the longest time the scale stood in the corner of me bathroom and I was actually intimidated by it, especially since me weight stopped registering on it some time ago. I am thoroughly happy and want to share my accomplishment with all you out there in Atkin's land. Good Luck to you all and together we can get through this. One day at a time. Thank you and God Bless, Joe

Good for you Joe...now it's your turn to own the scale not it owning you...Actually I did the no scale challenge and it did wonders for me..I weighed in all times of the day and night I confessed I was a scaloholic!!!..lol..what a nasty habit...now I hate the darn thing..

Re: First Time In A Looooong Time...
Now that is some progress!!
Now as charks1 stated don't let the scale own you. Let the metal monster or digital monster rear it's ugly head & take over your life!!
