      Congratulations!
Me, I used to weight 100-110lbs for my entire adult life until 6 years ago.
Then, because of a giant change in my life (I got married and I had to adjust to a married woman's life + I came to live in Canada - I'm from Europe - so, I started to eat burgers and fries), in just a year I reached 160lbs! Then, in the next 5 following years I grew and I grew until I got to 214lbs! So, I grew from a 100-110 to a lovely 200-210 in a very short time. My feet were the first to ring a bell as I started to put weight. They got painfull. It started to be difficult to stand, and I can no longer wear high heels. So, it's very normal, I guess, that your legs get all the pain in the world as we overcharge them.

I don't understand the formula. Can you, please, be more explicit?

That factoid is from a study done on osteoarthritis of the knee (link here).

10 pounds is awesome. It's a loss and that is the goal here correct?? Stay focused and stay true. God Bless, Joe

Keeping running up those stairs and you'll reach goal in no time! Be cautious though. Best of luck!
