    Thanks Sarina D, and yes I am stoked. Not so much about reaching "goal", because that's just a number, but because of how I feel as compared to when I started Atkins. When I started, I felt like a fat lazy slob... now I am full of energy, love to exercise, feel better than in over 10 years, and don't feel everyone's eyes on me when I walk past them because I take up two lanes. So, yeah, I'm happy... but I also know this is just really the beginning. Reaching goal is one thing.... maintaining it is another thing completely. But, with everyone's support here, I think... no, I know, I can do it.

    Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

            Wow! More replies... thanks everyone for the positive comments, they are appreciated.

            fat4now, look at you! You've been losing a lot in a few short months! Congratulations to you!! Keep it up and you'll be at goal before you know it. Don't do like I did...straying away from Atkins success can be a disaster. It took me a lot longer to get here than was necessary. Of course, some lessons are harder to learn than others.

            Sally, you've been here since before I first started, and you just keep going strong! Congrats to you for being here and maintaining so well!

            Lisa, it also looks like you're off to a good start, and seeing those supporting member stars under your name is a good thing too! I should have added another rule that some here tend to forget... 4. Eat your veggies! Looking forward to reading your success story too.

              Thank you for your reply and your wonderfully inspiring story. I don't know you that well but I'm still so very happy for and proud of you. I also have no doubt, based on the adamancy in your posts, that "ThickRick" is nevermore. Too Awesome!

              I was wondering... did you happen to post any before and after pics on the site anywhere? If so, I would love to see them. Thanks again so very much for everything and have a great day!

                You're welcome for the reply. And yes, I have some older pictures on here from a couple of years ago... But, it shows my start, then at 43 lbs down.                   WOW! What a difference from 250 to the last picture -the 207- made on you!! You must have carried your weight well and to think you lost more weight?!? What an incredible accomplishment! Thank you for sharing and should you ever happen to get some current ones, feel free to show 'em off to me. Ha. Wish you all the happiness in the world. Great job!
