  • One year!

Today I needed to submit my results for the 6 WEC. When I got out my paper with all my measurements I realized I started this WOL/WOE on 8/8/07. It has been an interesting year in many ways. There has been successes, stalls, cheats, temper tantrums & a bad winter depression. I've lost a total of 37# and a grand total of 57.25". I wish I had lost more weight but it is what it is. When I look at the inches lost & then look at a tape measure~~~holy mackeral~~ that is huge!! It is what it is & we all have our own personal journey. Looking forward to the next year & all that it holds for me!

I'm very grateful for ADBB & all the knowledge & support. More importantly I'm grateful for the wonderful friends that I have made here! You are all fantastic!!

Congratulations for your journey!!! You know, sometimes we have to stop and enjoy the beauty of the journey itself and stop thinking too much at the destination. Because the destination "it is what it is". But don't worry! One day, if you never stop travelling, you will get to Vegas!
