I want to shout to the world, this couch potato just did 500 crunches!! I started with 50 a night, worked up to 200 ..then 400 and now 500. I am seeing some really great results. 
Thanks to the guys that run the challenges, I pushed my body and found that I can do it! You guys are great for running these challenges.

I'd like to be up there one day. I started off at 25 in a row and I think I'm up to 145 in a row. But 500? Amazing








Can you give me some hints on how to step them up somewhat?
