We just finished up a 2 week no scale challenge and I can say I think it was a huge success! Challengers were able, in most cases, to break the addition of habitual 3 or 4 times a day weighing and really learned to concentrate on their phase of eating and their exercise. Most Challengers saw either a loss in weigh, a loss in inches or both.
