I had bloodwork done back in June and found that I was insulin resistant and my cholestorol levels weren't looking so hot. SO, I started Atkins in late July. I just had my bloodwork done again and my levels look great!!! My good cholesterol is UP and my bad cholesterol is DOWN! Woo hoo!
AND this past weekend I went and officially bought new clothes in my new SMALLER sizes! It was so much fun to grab the size smaller off the rack, try them on in the fitting room, and have them FIT! Woo hooo!
