I am so excited right now! After the 1st two weeks of induction I have lost 9 pounds. Thanksgiving had me scared, but I did it.
I have tried low fat, low calorie diets and worked out 5 days a week and saw maybe one or 2 pounds gone in a two week period, I was always starving and I would get so discouraged for the lack of result for all my hard work, and just quit.
I am so happy I started a low carb diet. I’m not hungry anymore and Now that I have my energy back I am going to start working out this week and stay on an extended induction since I have a lot of weight to lose.
I can’t wait to see where I am at by my 31st birthday in February!
I can see now that my body does not do well with carbs, this is going to have to be a lifestyle change, and I just pray I don’t ever fall back into my old habits.
