    8 1/2 inches and 4.6 Pounds Gone!!

    I started Atkins on 1-2-09 but did not measure myself until 1-3-09...Although I have lost 4.6 pounds so far I didn't really feel like I had lost much and was very apprehensive about measuring myself today. Boy was I glad that I did!! 8 1/2 total inches gone!!! Yippee!!
    F/48/5' 1/2" (gotta count that half inch!!)
