    Yay Me!!!

    I've been on induction for 15 days, and I've lost 8 pounds! I would have like to have lost more, but I was drinking coffee like crazy, so I'll stay on another few weeks until I get it right.

    I just feel so hopeful and happy!

    8 pounds, wow, solid. another couple of days and you'll be in a new weight category. I always love it when I move down the categories (180's-170's, 170's-160's, etc)

      Thanks Carbless in Seattle...btw are you indeed in Seattle? If so, I am too! Have you found any great low carb places to eat or buy products? I am looking for shitarki noodles and I can't find them anywhere!

          Bellevue, actually. Whereabouts are you? No I haven't found any place in particular, although I haven't really tried looking. I really want carbfree BBQ sauce though, I'm on the hunt.

            Hey, I'm in West Seattle. OMG, I would love carb free bbq sauce too. I think those are one of those things you just have to indulge in once in a while once you reach your goal!
