i have heard the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning and i know your weight can flucuate about 2 lbs during the day - but anyways i been weighing myself in the morning and charting that as my goal and guess what i just woke up and stepped on the scale and was 299.6 lbs my mouth fell open i figured i would be about a lb heavier then that
i am so freakin excited and dang proud of myself
sure has motivated me 12.9 lbs lost so far and today is the start of the 12th day - although i will admit i cheated twice and had 2 planned meals where i was not on diet so technically i cheated 4 times - but i felt sooooo guilty afterwards after the last time i cheated i started a food journal this way i could feel even guiltier if i cheated - i am actually writing the journal this way my hands have to right down that i cheated which i dont wanna do and that has helped stay on task it has also helped to go back over the days and see that i have stayed on plan
man oh man im just so excited
next goal here i come !!!
pretty soon i can post a i fit in a bath towel post lol
as soon as i hit my 250 goal i will post some pictures
