  • My first mini goal

    Weee I met my first mini goal.
    It was 241 and I weighed in at 239 hehe

    Ahh I love losing weight. <3

    It so helps to have something to look forward...

    prom in May and WWE summerslam in August

    22+ lbs is a fantastic accomplishment! Great job!

    (I noticed all of your goals are in 22 lb increments...)

      Well I guess I had a party to soon. The day before I cheated, and now its back to haunt me.

        Don't sweat it, I go off of Atkins on some weekends when I am traveling, as it makes less stressful to find something to eat. I use to let it get me down, now I just accept that I went off Atkins. I have a goal, but it is not a race. So, I stopped to tie me shoe and loss some time, I still plan to reach the finish line.

        I found that when I go off for a weekend, I might gain back 3-5 lbs (or more depending on the numbers of days "off" during the trip). Although, for me I quickly drop the gains within 3-4 days of returning.

        Here's my recent tracker:

        23 FEB : 210
        21 FEB : 212
        20 FEB : 213
        19 FEB : 216
        18 FEB : 219

        12-17 FEB : Off Atkins

        11 FEB : 212


        I would have possibly been down to 210 more than a week ago, but I accept the fact it might take me an extra 10 days+ to reach the goal. I accept it before I do it....


        Your body may be different, but mine does not seem to mind too much. I probably just confuse it...
        I have it easier as I am a guy, so my body have less to worry about throughout the month...

        Stay with it and do not let a spike in carbs get you down for too long.
