  • Mini-Goal reached: 210 lbs (43 lbs loss)

    I have reached 210, which was a mini-goal of mine and in only took @18 weeks.
    On my 6ft+ frame, I look good and by stomach is getting closer to being flat.
    I want to make it to my goal of <190 or a healthy flat stomach, so I should be there by summer.


    I hope everyone else is doing well with their goals also!

              Great news -- isnt' it wonderful not carrying around all that extra fat! I'm sure people around you are really noticing a huge difference in how you look and how you are now carrying yourself! Good luck on your journey!
