        Congratulations... you're an inspiration!!! I too have tried low fat/ low cal diets, and never saw results. It's amazing how this WOE works....you don't have to eat bird food and you still lose weight! Just imagine how GREAT you'll look and feel by summer!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!

          You are a true and total INSPIRATION! seriously - I totally understand the thinking of "well, maybe they always fit like this" - and it's hard for your brain to truly accept either A. how big you were to begin with or B. how much you've truly SUCCEEDED in losing!!!!

          The fact that you said the "only" exercise you do right now is cleaning your house - honey - that's a heck-of-a lot more exercise than I know some people do!

          You are seriously - incredibly FABULOUS!!!!!!

          42 pounds in 8 weeks is INCREDIBLE!!! I myself have been doing this for 12 weeks and I'm "only" down 14 pounds (although i'm very happy about it!) - but seriously - just reading your post makes me realize even more how great this woe is!

          Thank you so very much for sharing your mini goal! And here's to your next mini goal - as I know it will happen!!

            Thanks, I'm actually looking forward to the summer this year. Sure I'll still be big but many many pounds lighter. I have so many summer tops I'll be able to wear.

            Well done on your weight loss as well. I'm happy it's going well for you.

            I wonder if we combined all the pounds and inches all the forum members have loss, how much it would come to? Can't even imagine.

            Just weighed in this morning and 3 more pounds gone.

            I've decided to try and dance for 1 whole song today, I usually give up after 40 seconds lol. But 5 mins at a time twice a day = 70 minutes a week more exercise than I'm getting now.
