    1 month anniversary!


    Woo Hoo!! Made it through my first month on Atkins. The results are in: Starting weight 245
    Current 226.5


    I've tried several "diets" in the last 2 years and have not made it to a month till now.
    Weight Watchers bites! Atkins ROCKS!
