  • just realized its been 6 weeks

    well technically 43 days so 6 weeks and 1 day.
    i'm down 15.2lbs, averaging out at 2.5lbs a week although it hasn't been anywhere near that consistant. 0 one week, 5 the next, etc.
    My measurements definately show a good change too. I've lost 14 inches.
    bicep -.5
    upper chest -1.5
    bust -1
    ribcage -2
    waist -3
    bellybutton -4 (-6 from my highest weight before atkins)
    hips -1
    thigh -1

    I'm just glad I've lasted this long. Even back the first time I did atkins and lost 30+lbs i never went this long without screwing up. I'm going a bit slower this time around though, but i'm also working out a lot. last time I barely did a thing and even when I was 40lbs less than I am right now, I was all flabby and looked none-yummy naked. I'm determined that next time I get back down to that weight i'm going to be in a smaller size than I was then at the same weight, thanks to all this exersize.

    Hi Kibskix !

    Good job keeping with it for 6 weeks !

    Keep with the workouts and tons of water and you will
    get there soon enough ! People seem to swear all that
    water is a huge key.

      water is the biggest key if you ask me -- you have to keep everything moving out of your body, your organs need the water to function at their best and it's something to do with your hands other than stuff your mouth with junk! LOL

        amen imagood. I have no idea how many water bottles i go through a day, i tend to lose track around 8 and thats somewhere around 133oz, so i generally would say i'm at between 150-200oz a day, plus my decaf in the morning. No tea, no crystal light, just water and lots of it! When i dont drink enough, I can always tell because my fingers feel bloated and fat (how weird is that lol)
