  • day 4 and 7lbs down!!!:O OMG

    I was feeling a little blue last night and weighed myself still 211lbs never mind i thought early days yet. Got up this morning and thought just check again lol 205lbs!!! couldn't believe my eyes 6lbs gone litterally over night!!!! i think its a little celebration for me and i was so happy the fist thing i wanted to do was share it with u all so if ur on day one or so hang in there if your doing it right u will see results soon just like me!!!

    what a boost woo hoo x

      i know it gave me a huge boost to know that im 7lbs lighter i see your on extended induction im considering that how are u finding it?

        Im doing great at the moment. Im hoping to stay on extended induction until I get down to 13 stone and then move onto OWL. Well thats the plan anyway lol. My main prroblem was drinking enough water, so i joined a water challenge and my intake has gone from barely 64oz to 110/120 oz a day and im really feeling the benefits.

          Im not feeling too great today not sure if its atkins or a tummy upset. im only on day 7 but i just feel awful if this passes soon i will be doing an extended induction myself i think because i have 70lbs to lose and think its gonna take a while. just so desperatly want to be back to the size i was when i met my fiance that would be a dream come true for me so here's hoping

            Hi, I find that I "lose" 3-4 lbs every night, may have something to do with retaining water I suppose. My weight fluctuates 4-5 lbs per day. I have been "netting" about a 3/4 lb weight loss every day since I started Atkins on April 13th. I have just entered OWL rung 1, if I can keep the pace I will be estatic. Keep on trying and even if you don't lose weight, you may be losing inches, you'll be able to tell in the way your close fit you!!! No better feeling in the world when you are on a "diet" than to start fitting into those tight clothes.

              wow thats great weizenmanits good to hear u have had a similar weight loss to me but most nights thats fantastic you must be doing something right!!

              its great to hear fellow atkineers are doing so well i cant wait to lose enough to feel my clothes are getting loose!!!
