    highest weight 250, bmi 35.90

    starting weight 226, bmi 32.43

    current weight 208.6, bmi 29.92

    after dropping my bmi almost 6 points...
    i am officially no longer in any obese catagory.
    i havent been just plain overweight in... 4 years?

    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

            hahaha i'm a success story jimmie? remember a few years back when i was trying to get myself back in the swing of things but i just couldnt get my butt in gear? and you kept emailing me "where are youuu where are youuu!" lol. i think if i'm a success story, you're the reason for it, cause you badgered me so much i had no choice but to come back and to it right hahahahaha

              Congrats! I'm right behind you....6 more pounds and I cross into the overweight category, too!

                well done 2 all of u I know how good it feels I am also 187lb and in the overweight category and soon we all will be in the normal category thats our goal good luck 2 all!

                    That is awesome! I know how you feel, I can remember crossing over into overweight from obese last year... I'm working on getting there again... and not coming back this way to obese again.
