  • Lowell's Two Week Progress

    Well, I'm not ready to post any photos yet, I want to get a little further first, but yesterday was the last day of my first two weeks, and I am down 22.5 lbs! This morning when arriving home from dropping the kids at school, I stepped up to my front door and saw my reflection in the plate glass and thought, "wow, that's me?". It was great! Not a ginormous difference, but enough to be thrown off by my image! And I made it a point not to tell too many people at work I'm even trying to lose weight, and they're already noticing . This board, and you guys, have been a great inspiration and have helped me get this far! Thanks!!! Here's looking at the next two weeks!


    Starting weight 301.5lbs on 4/20/09

          you lost that in just 2 weeks?????? BIG CONGRATS on that success and it certainly gives you motivation to keep going! i know everyone will be waiting in anticipation to see those before and during comparisons.

            great job Lowell -- can't wait to see your new pictures....(hopefully without the soda and pizza boxes...lol!!!) Keep up the great work - you'll be less of a man that you were before you know it! And that's a compliment!
