I've been building a really small goal wardrobe. Not the ultimate goal because I have no idea what weight or clothing size it will be. I have been buying jeans one or two sizes too small for me.
I needed a boost today. I'm stagnant in the mid 180's and I'm strictly on plan, yet not dropping the pounds left and right. The size 10 jeans fit me today!!! SIZE TEN. I'm 186 lbs and I'm wearing size T-E-N!! I'd sit around and wonder how on earth that's even possible but I KNOW it's the weight bench. I'm soooooooo glad I started lifting weights as soon as I restarted Atkins!! My body has curves, tone and muscle. I can see sexy and hot again when I look in the mirror! I LOVE IT!!!! Nothing is better than a hot new smaller pair of jeans....and let me tell you, I rocked those jeans all over the grocery store today!!
