At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
2 filtered containers water/day
Daily salads/veggies Goals:
Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
Workout in a XXXL shirt - DONE! Workout in a XXL shirt
Workout in a XL shirt
270 on the scales
Thanks Ladies and Gents. It really does feel good and I can't wait for the miscellaneous aches and pains to go away. Even in a crabby mood (and boy am I there today) it's a good feeling knowing that I'm actually doing something for ME for a change.
