    Hello everyone,
    I know I havent been here in awhile but I barely have time to think. After 5 months of doing atkins I get to finally celebrate 30# gone . I have also started walking a mile a day I know it's not much but it's more than what i was doing. I figured I get to work an hour early (my husband has to be at work a 7 and we drive in to work together) I don't go in till 8 so what better time to go for a walk.

    Slowly I'm getting there and soon I'll get to celebrate my goal.

      great news Julie!!! It doesn't matter how far you are walking to being with -- the fact that you are getting up and doing it is wonderful!! Before you know it you will be walking double that amount.
