  • First major goal met!

Got on the scale this morning and it read 322, I started at 372... you do the math!

Put on a pair of pants that had been too tight... now, I can barely keep them on.. Had to wear them today though. 1. for a bit a boost and 2... cause I forgot to do laundry

I'm going on a mini vacation, leaving 7/22. My next mini goal is to be out of the 300's by then. Over the last month I've lost roughly 15 pounds, so, I have about 48 days until I leave... Might just happen Don't think I'll be ready to rock a speedo on Siesta Key beach... yet, but, I'll be happy!

Also, per http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ my BMI has gone from 46.5 down to 40.2. still a long ways to go. I need to hit around 195 before it shows normal weight. My overall goal is to hit 220 which still reads overweight. I guess I'll see how happy I am at 220. If I need to go further, I will, if not.. so be it. Anyway you look at it, I'm a big dude. 6'3 and large bones.

Buy the Speedo, put it somewhere you'll see it, and make that a goal! My ultimate goal is to fit into a dive skin again and be able to breath!

Thanks guys! The speedo was a gag, I'm pretty sure that even when I'm at my final goal, Speedo will be far from my closet!
