    Well done Sham - what a fantastic achievement. I was also almost 15 stone when I got pregnant (both times) and put another two stones on. Luckily, I lost a stone when giving birth but still had a lot to lose at 16 stone (224 pounds). You have done such a great job and will feel incredible on your birthday for sure xx

            Thanks Eva for your kind words and hey after 3 pregnancies i won't be having anymore not with the struggle i had and anyway i had 3 caesarian not allowed anymore so gonna enjoy the slimmer me!

                Thanx alot sherri means alot i do pamper myself but on my birthday next month will dye my hair dark brown again and get my hair layered as the layering has gone longer and im going to buy grey lense i just love coloured lenses i already have green and blue.New clothes are definate too.

                    Hi 2 all reading had to update that today finally that 1lb has gone forever i hope totalling my weight loss to 100lb so pleased and proud to get this far!

                      Just for an update even though its been slower than at the beginning my total loss is 110lbs Im down to 173lbs and working towards my new goal of 166lbs where I will be in the normal range.

                        New clothes are the best, aren't they? I've already had to replace all my 18/20s with smaller sizes, though I haven't lost nearly as much as you have. Congratulations on your amazing success Seeing stories like yours is very motivating to me, and I'm sure to other newbies here as well!
