Yessss!

i went shopping for clothes last week, something i usually dread, but....

I went from a size 16 bordering a size 18.

to fitting comfortably into a size 12!

and i didn't even think the size 14 would fit! YAY! i went to three different stores to try on their size 12's and they fit!!! ALAS! my hard work of resisting sweets is paying off!

Well done thats great isn't it all worth it when the dress sizes go down thats evidence that all the hard work has paid up keep going................

thanks! its been a little over a month, i never go by weight on the scale, just pant sizes because i go up and down about 5 lbs in a day,
anyway, people are telling me i look thinner, but i can't tell.
i think losing weight sometimes makes me feel fatter, does that make sense?
