  • 6 days and 9 inches later WOOOO HOOOOO

    So my first time around on Atkins (January), I lost more pounds than inches. This time around, I'm only on day 6 of induction, lost 7 pounds and lost
    7
    INCHES off of my waist and 2 inches off of my hips! YAYYYYYY

    I'd much rather lose inches over pounds. Duhhh. It just sucks cause I see myself every day so I can't notice haha I do have before pictures though so once I'm at day 14 of Induction I will post and you guys might be able to see it. I hope!

    Well done
    And i understand what you mean becuase people say ive lost weight but when i look in the mirror i Cant see a difference

          136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)
