I started on Saturday 6/6/09 and have been following induction 99.9%. I took the time to read and understand them before I started.
I weighted in at a huge 430lbs. Thursday weigh in on same scale same time of day, same clothes, 418lbs!
12 pounds in 6 days! I know that is a lot but I am extremly obese and it comes off fast at this level I know.
I feel good, day two was kinda ugly but I made it through with no slips, no cravings since the end of day two!!
My advice: Understand the rules of induction, stick with the basic foods, do the plan 100% as Dr Atkins described in his book. No fancy shakes, bars, artificial foods. Break those old habits once and for good!
My ratios of been 65/30/5 almost every day- plus or minus 1
