    Finally 100lb lost!

    HI everyone if you read my post "look how much i lost under a year" you would know i have been waiting for the final lbs to go and it took me around a week for the final lb to go.Today i weighed in and yes you guessed i weighed 183 thats totally my weight loss of 100lbs.I am so pleased going to keep going want to lose at least 30 more lbs and i will appreciate it if you all members keep supporting me and keep me going on this journey for my new goal.Thankyou all and all the best with your weight losses.

      YAY YOU!!! Congrats on all your hard work! Seeing the benefits of it is wonderful, isn't it?!

      When the 30 more challenges you, just remember how small that number is compared to 100!

                    Now 100 is such a lovely round number... but I bet you're over the moon to have lost that much roundness!!!! Wholehearted congratulations on your awesome achievement!

                      Second Mini Goal: Loose 12lbs = 11st0lbs
                      Third Mini Goal: Loose 10lbs = 10st 4lbs
