  • Now What?!

    I finally made my goal this morning.. Actually I am one lb beyond goal.. What a feeling..

    Total weight loss is 86 lbs, from 285lbs to 199 lbs and from pants size 46 to 36.. I was targeting size 34 though, but hey, not bad at all..

    The question now is, shall I jump now into maintenance or just stay on the pre-maintenance for may be few more pounds? YI don't mind it either way, I love this WOL..

    What a great job you did.
    What now is probably a question I'll ask when I get there too.
    I don't know what you should do though. If you like a few more pounds gone sure do that. But you're looking good.

      Hi there oh wow you did it congrats you look amazing tall and slim.I think you should keep going until you reach that 34 size because it seems like you want to so do it you will feel more proud.Tap on the back from me.

              Oh, thanks you all. Yea, one of the my most delightful achievements I have made in my whole life..

              I am still in pre-maintenance, I think I will do as sham said and keep going till I get to size 34, which I believe 9 more lbs would do it.. I may set a new goal then aiming for 190lbs.. it will take a long time though since I am on a pre-maintenance, maybe I can bring my exercise routine up a notch.. Will see..

              Thanks again for all the support; I would have never done it without this forum.
