Okay, you've lost 20 pounds in extended induction?? I finished induction last week and was down 8. I started eating atkins bars with peanuts and slowed down my weight loss. (I ate too many bars) So, you've lost 20 pounds in how many weeks. Do you have any advice? I currently weigh your start weight and would love to be in the 80's. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Carpediem! It feels nice to be asked for advice!! I eat all of my vegies every day...and all my cheese as well...sometimes fried!! YUM! I eat chicken, steak, ground beef, sausages, bacon, EGGS, pork....I love cauliflower as a sub for potatoes with butter..yum...jello as well for cravings(I do not have them anymore though.) I do not eat any Atkins bars....too treaty like for me...I do on occasion take a tsp of p-butter if I am hungry and am in a hurry....not to replace a meal though...just to tide me over. I try not to eat after dinner...I am getting used to this now. I do drink coffee with cream and splenda but I am trying to cut back a bit and I do drink crystal lite watered down to dilute the carbs in it!!!
Some days when I just do not have an appetite I graze all day on the things I know I can eat...just a little at a time to keep things going!!

You are doing well with the 8 pound loss Carpediem!! Hang in there...stay away from those bars for now ...I slowed down for a bit but hung in and BOOM I am losing again!! I am down 23 now and feel SOOOOOO good!!
