  • One-derland and over half way to goal!

I started atkins in march at 235 lbs, I fell off the wagon, and never really rededicated myself until July.

I restarted seriously on July 1st at 228lbs. I've been riding my bike as much as possible (375 miles since July 1st) and have only had one minor accidental cheat. Anyways, on to the good part. I weighed myself this morning....... 196 lbs!!!

First time I've been under 200lbs in 5 years.

I've lost 32lbs in the last 1 month 7 days (almost 40lbs overall). Not bad I'd say.

Thank you for the support and helping to keep me in line.

            Indeed it does.

Never thought I'd be happy to be "overweight."

In less than 40 days, you lost over half of the weight you needed to lose. That's impressive!
