So excited! This morning I saw 189.5 on the scale...it's the first time I've been in the 180s in over a year! That's about 11 pounds down from when I started 2 weeks ago!
I am moving in OWL today, and am very motivated to keep on going. I've been doing yoga and cardio 3x a week, and I am starting to see more definition in my muscles already.
