So I started in mid June. I think my starting weight was around 223 and wore a size 40 pants, or somewhere close to that. As today I am 195 and at a size 36, and even they are getting big. My exercise consists of running at least a mile a day 4-5 times a week and yoga 2-3 times a week. I also try to do at least 100 push ups a day. I think i may try to get to 180 but peopole are saying I am skinny as **** already

Good job.

Re: Im getting there
I just need to break this deep, deep depression that I am in, due to a horrible breakup of girlfriend of 2 years. I would think looking good and losing all this weight would cheer me up and people say that it should because it is a wonderful and positive thing, but I just have darkness following me.

Re: Im getting there
I am going to start p90x probably around mon or tuesday. I want to stay with the low carb dirt and I have read their fist stage is low carb, no sugar. My problem is I want to stay with the LC but their other ladders start adding carbs and i really do not want to gain, just tone up. Anyone out in LC land have any idea's or suggestions. Also I want to take a recovery drink and I found one that is no carb no sugar, so I guess it is cool. Ill keep you all posted. Much love Me

Re: Im getting there
Held off on some seriuos cravings last night. Was staring at some NJ fudge on the countertop. It took all my will power not to give in. I was just telling myself, maybe a little nibble wont hurt, but I know that little nibble is just the precursor to a binge and i am proud to say that I held off. I guess one of my saving graces is my will power and that has helped me stay away from booze, sweets and drugs in the past. I know it is a virtue that some people do not or have not much of, and I thank god I have a strong one. I start the P90x next week. Looking to tone up not lose. I hope I can stay on the LC diet. I have read that carbs will be needed probably for energy later in the program. If anyone has any recommendations than please post them . TY ALL
