Today marks 40 lbs down for me since January 1. My loss has been slow but steady. I've had my share of stalls, but I'm grateful for them. They've forced me to really pay attention to how certain foods affect me. I want to thank everyone who has given me advice (and occassionally stern kicks in the pants)!! I feel more resolve than ever to reach (and maybe go beyond) my goal! I accidentally erased my 'before' picture, so I'll have to try to find another. Maybe I'll post them when I hit 50 lbs!
