I'm under 200 lb. I eat about 2300 cal / day. I'm not celebrating just yet since I haven't done body composition measurements.

I do have a bag of clothes, a big one at that, full of clothes that don't fit. I even have a nice pair of Dockers in the bag with the labels on them! I bought them back about 2 months ago and the size was 40'' X 32". The pants were tight around my flabby stomach area. The clothes are going to either Goodwill or the Salvation Army.

I figure I'm at a pant size of 36"X32". I'll stop the fat loss when I reach a 30-32" waist. Then I will go on a mass-building phase for a few months.

All my shirts are tight around the arms. chest and shoulders and as big as a tent around my waist. The same with my XL tee-shirts. Does anyone know where to buy tee shirts that are tapered small around the waist and XL around the chest, shoulders and arms? I'm a lousy tailor.
sigpic Me, at 195 lb. September 24, 2009. It's 5:30 a.m. and can't wait to hit the coffee.
