Re: My Little Weight Loss...
I just wanted to say you are doing an amazing job. Do take the time to acknowledge those achievements that you are having such as the seat belt clicking. It is a long road ahead of us and sometimes we feel it may take forever, so those little things just keep us amazed. (I had a similar experience, DH drove the car over the weekend and lowered the steering wheel, normally I would not even be able to get into the car, let alone have the steering wheel that low, guess what, I forgot about it and then realized... OMG! I'm getting smaller and can now fit... it has been 3 days and I'm still on cloud nine about it)... Just keep thinking of all the things we will be able to do and enjoy.
Another thing, the short winded and other things will disappear and you just never know when. My mom (who has 1000 reason she needs to do ATKINS and is not doing so) asked me when I had lost about 60 pounds if my back has quit hurting or if this or that doesn't bother me anymore. I told her No I still have my back pain, ect, but I feel I should continue, what else to do... I was happy to report to her when I lost 70pounds exactly, I realized I have no more back pain!!!! So see even just a 10 pound difference can make all the difference in the world sometimes.
Sorry for rambling... just wanted to wish you well and much success!
