  • 2 kilos

I have lost 2 kilos in three weeks of strict induction- no cheats, massive exercise. I am happy with it- better than nothing. I think I will do one more week of induction, see where my loss is then perhaps move on to OWL.

Way to go Pipee_pl!!!!!! Congratulations on your weight loss and successful Induction period.....you should be very proud!!!!!

Good idea regarding moving to OWL sooner than later.....I'm sure you'll experience great success in moving to the next rung.

      Hi Pipee, sounds GREAT, congratulations!

The better question is- how do you feel? I bet you feel much better than you did before you started the diet.

It's definetly better than nothing and because you're stickin' to it the weight will come off.

      Keep it going!!

        Re: 2 kilos

Since I posted this I have completed three weeks of induction and half way through the fourth. I am still at around 2 and a bit kilos. I am definately moving to the first rung of owl next week.
no cheating, massive exercise- the body is shrinking, i can feel it and people have commented, however, that stubborn scales says different- which is a bit frustrating because I need to lose from 40 to 50 lbs.
The good news- my blood pressure is 120/77- my blood pressure has always been pretty steady- but I haven't checked it in years, so I am pleased with it.
        Thanks for the kind words.

GREAT JOB!!! Terrific stamina --- keep it going, as long as your body's shrinking, you're losing >>> sometimes the inches falling off show before the numbers on the scale decide to move down >>> don't worry about the numbers --- they'll start falling in chunks soon!
