  • 50 lbs/ 5 months

Hey..time flies I tell ya, I remember one of my first posts being a question about whether or not I would ever lose my "jowls" not to mention my double chin. Well here I am 5 months later and I can tell you from first hand, they DO go away!!! 2 pounds away from my original goal, however I am finding this way of eating is working for me, its so easy and I am never feeling deprived- I may consider losing and additional 10 as fitday.com still puts me on the borderline between overweight and healthy. 5 months ago my arrow was buried way into the obese section. To all those out there wondering if this "diet" works, I say "**** ya!!"

Started this diet on Sun 4/26/09

50 lbs gone on Sun 9/27/09

Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.
