    Wow, you both look awesome! Congratulations!
    My husband and I are doing Atkins together too. Looking forward to posting our success story eventually.

    Also nice to know that slow and steady wins the race.

            Congrats, you are such an inspiration, thanks for sharing. You both look amazing (and you look nowhere near the age you have posted). You have just proven what I keep telling myself, if I stick it out eventually I'll get there, I don't care how long it takes as long as I'm feeling good and moving in the right direction.
            1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
            2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
            3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
            Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

            Current Mini Goals:
            1) 35 pounds lost
            2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
            3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

              You both look wonderful! And I know from experience it is great to have a spouse who supports this WOE for life. Congratulations to both of you.

                Bless you all for your kind comments. I'm still walking on air.

                Someone asked how long we've been married. I married this great man a month after I turned 18 and it's been 34 wonderful years. He's my biggest fan and supporter.

                One of the reasons I really wanted to share my story is because it DOES take a long time for some of us, but the goal IS reachable. I hope this inspires someone to keep going, even when the going is slow and rough.
