        yer its great only thing is im not sure but i think i need to lower my target still got a lot of fat / skin around my belly and chest and i think if i can get rid of that my weight will probally be more like 210lbs ,but im just living the low carb and training and my body should find my ideal weight (well i think thats how it will work)

              I don't know what your doing for exercise, but I would think that instead of lowering your goal, you may want to start toning your body with weights?

                im already doing 2 weight sessions a week to tone ,rest of the week cardio and karate

                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:

                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
