Starting to take longer for mini goals, but to be honest i haven't been quite as strict as before and should probably change the stage my profile lists because i usually allow myself 35-40 grams of carbs per day.
Still, 120lbs gone and my life changed in ways i couldn't have even imagined 8 months ago. My doctor had me do full blood tests, and everything is great, with my cholesterol levels actually better than when i started! I can't even express what an inspiration this forum has been, and just hope i can come even close to inspiring others with my posts.
